Last updated: June 2026 · newsqora.com
About this agreement
This Beta Tester Agreement applies to the closed (private) beta of the Newsqora Android app, operated by Alessandra Rinaldo, based in Spain. By joining the beta or using a beta build, you agree to it, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Pre-release software
The beta is pre-release software provided for testing and evaluation. It is not the finished product. It may change, be updated, break, or be withdrawn at any time, and data created during the beta may be modified or deleted. Do not rely on it for anything important.
No warranty and not professional advice
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Newsqora provides information only and does not give medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice; its output must not be relied upon as such. This mirrors the in-app disclaimer.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback. By sending feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the beta, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use them to improve Newsqora, without obligation or compensation.
Confidentiality
The beta may include unreleased features and information that are not public. Please keep them confidential and do not publish screenshots, benchmarks, or details of unreleased features without our permission, until they are officially released.
Data and privacy
Data in the beta is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including EU processing of your content and saved data, Google sign-in for account identity, and the anonymous quality logging described there. The GDPR applies in full.
Access may be revoked
Beta access is invitation-only and personal to you. We may add, limit, suspend, or revoke access at any time, including if these terms or our Terms of Service are not respected, or when the beta ends.
